Allows users to manually settle a float payment and credit the pending float amount.
To settle a float payment, you must provide a valid tracking_id.

The payment created generates the following events:
- Authorization created
- Account balance changed.
- Account balance changed (Availables)
- Transaction created.
- Accounting entry created
- If flex controls are configured, the event is triggered:
- Flex control evaluated
